I'm a Long Island native living in Wilmington, NC. But I consider myself more Southern than Northern these days since I've been in beautiful North Carolina for over 16 years now. I absolutely LOVE where I live!
I'm married to the man of my dreams, Jordan, and he is truly my best friend. Together we have a little boy named Sylas and a baby girl named Irie. They are our greatest blessings and the inspiration and "why" behind everything I do.
I've held many different roles throughout my adult life from fitness professional, to portrait photographer, to podcaster, to birth doula. Through it all, I've realized that I simply love helping people (a true ennegram 2). My heart is full when I can capture your joy, create connection, make you feel less alone, or celebrate your story.
In my first several years of business I focused mainly on photographing weddings. I was so honored to be a part of such a big day for my couples and had such fun traveling around the east coast & connecting with other vendors. However, once I experienced pregnancy for myself, everything changed. I knew I wanted more time at home as a family. And I also I knew that I could serve my clients with even more purpose if I focused on motherhood and family.
One day I was finding out I was pregnant in a Harris Teeter bathroom, then I blinked and we were celebrating our son's first birthday. It's true when they say you just don't understand how fast time flies until you have babies. Because goodness, they don't keep.
I believe in documenting these fleeting years so much that I have based my entire business around it!
A little more about me: I love horses, yoga, and a great latte. The things I treasure most are my faith, my husband + babies, my family, and my rescue pup, Wrigley. If I could spend every day near the ocean I would.

She guided us through our photos while making us feel comfortable, at ease, and simply just making sure we were enjoying every moment. Our gallery brings tears to my eyes and pain to my cheeks from smiling so big. Chelsea, we love you forever girl.

She was able to capture beautiful, candid moments as well as specific ideas I showed her. She is so creative, naturally talented, and an instant friend. I was also impressed with how quick the turn around was. You can tell she truly loves what she does!

LET'S WORK TOGETHER
Even though I earned my degree in Exercise Science, I've always had a passion for pretty images. When I reflect back on my younger years, I think about the hours I would spend taking photos and editing them for my Myspace page or the website I made about horses when I was 12 (kinda embarrassing but also cool?). And I often wonder why I didn't pursue photography as a career from the start. But here I am now, and I wouldn't change a thing about the journey that got me here.
What's so cool about the world we live in today is that although it can seem saturated, there is so much potential and space for anyone to pursue their wildest dreams! And, you don't have to do it alone.
